The operettas are performed only in german.

Duration of events: 2.5 hours each, including a break.

Additional bookable services:
Introduction to the play by the artistic director (flat fee €90)
(subject to the availability of the director - first come, first served)

1 glass of sparkling wine – the Congress & TheaterHaus offers this for approximately €6 per person
OR
30-minute walk through Bad Ischl highlighting the workplaces of various artists, from/to the congress house in the spa park (total cost approximately €140)

A backstage tour is available for special theater groups – 2 hours before each performance.

Card Purchase Regulations:
Groups are considered to be 20 people or more.

20% discount:
When booking 2 different pieces, within a trip, excluding Friday and Saturday performances and category 6 tickets and for premieres.

10% discount:
When booking 1 piece, excluding Friday and Saturday performances and category 6 tickets and premieres.

20% off on a second. Item, within a trip, during the week:
When booking 1 piece on a Friday/Saturday and a 2nd during the week, a 20% discount is granted on the piece during the week.

Processing:
8 weeks before the event: 1. Overview of the sales stand.
The further contingent is being voted on.
These (additional) tickets can be returned free of charge up to 1 month before the date.

Payment:
Up to 1 month before the appointment, by bank transfer. After that, no card withdrawal is possible!
Additional tickets for the event are available while supplies last.

Free tickets:
Generally for bus drivers - no matter how large the group is (there will always be a side seat so the driver can leave the hall early).
An additional free ticket for the tour guide can be issued as needed or upon request.
The organizer reserves the right to request the ticket allocation earlier than 8 weeks prior to the event in the case of a fully booked event.

Accessibility:
At every performance at the Congress and Convention Center, the audience is treated to a unique experience. Wheelchair spaces (free of charge) are available in the theater house.
Please inform us of this when you make your booking.

For hearing aid users, so-called induction loops are available for loan as a free service. This method requires a hearing aid with a T-coil, which must be activated by the hearing aid specialist for this purpose.
