Cross-country skiing is healthy! Almost all muscle groups of the body are stressed by the different movements involved. In addition, cross-country skiing increases fitness and is good for the joints. If the trails and surroundings are right, cross-country ski happiness is perfect! And this is definitely true in the Salzkammergut: perfect trails, incredible views of the mountains and lakes of the Salzkamergut and much, much fresh air!
