Location: The house is situated in a slightly elevated position on the outskirts of Serfaus. 150m to the village center. Use of the underground generally free of charge. Ski lift approx. 300m away, nearest train station Landeck (approx. 27km away). Nearest shops, restaurants, bars and bank approx. 300m away.

Facilities: Hotel - inn with a total of 40 beds and 18 rooms. The hotel has an entrance area, small reception, bar, breakfast room, ski room, free WLAN throughout the hotel.
