The land in the south is very fertile and produces delicacies of great variety and quality. The landscape, marked by vineyards, is also called Styrian Tuscany.

Experience the magic of the historic, 850 year-old Riegersburg. It was built on the rocks of volcanic mountain and could never be conquered. Get up close and personal with the home of the white horses at the Piber stud, where the famous Lipizzaners are bred for the Spanish Hofreitschule in Vienna. Impressive tasting experiences are offered with noble brandies, vinegars and the renowned Zotter chocolate.
