Location:

The holiday village is situated on a small hill with a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountain scenery. The bus stop is located approx. 50m from the Chalet-Resort.

In approx. 500m distance is the public bath “Aquarena (may – September). Shopping is available at the Minishop located at the resort or at a supermarket (approx. 1km distance).

Facilities:

The Chalet-Resort offers 42 chalets and 8 apartments at the main building. The central building is additionally equipped with a spacious lobby with reception, parlor and waiting room, mini shop / vending machines (24h) with products for daily use. Breakfast roll service on request. BBQ grill can be lent at reception (subject to availability and on extra charge). Laundry machine and dryer 24hrs – on extra charge.

WIFI in the whole resort, parking lots free of charge.

Spoken language: English and German. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro.

Restaurant: Breakfast and Catering to the chalet possible any time. Restaurant will be open for a la carte clients in July and August from 06:00 – 10:00pm.

Chalets:

All chalets are detached or located in semi-detached houses. The apartments are located in the central building.

full furnished kitchen with glass ceramic stove top (4 hobs), fume hood, microwave with grill and bake features, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

Type C EG mS – with sauna: approx. 88², chalets in semi-detached houses with apartments for 4 – 6 guests

Ground floor: spacious combined living and dining room (34,5m²) with sofa bed, woodstove and flat TV,

extra WC, sauna, spacious terrace with garden furniture, 2 bedrooms with a flat TV and a private bathroom with shower / WC each.

Typ C OG mS – with sauna: approx. 94m², 6 – 8 guests.

First floor: same furnished as Typ C / EG. Instead of terrace balcony. With Sauna and 3 bed rooms (2x double bed, 1x bunk bed).

Type C EG oS – without sauna: approx. 88m², for 6 – 8 guests.

Ground floor: Same furnished as Type C (but without sauna), with 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms with shower / WC.

Apartment:

approx. 44m², for 2 – 4 guests (3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children up to 13.9 yrs), on 1st and 2nd floor of the central building1 bed-sitting room with sofa bed, dining area, flat TV;

Full furnished kitchenette with glass ceramic stove top (4 hobs) , fume hood, microwave with grill and bake features, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, aso.

Extra bedroom with flat TV and 1 bathroom with shower / WC. Additional bed in bed rooms available on request.

Alptour Verbella-Gibau

Start in St. Gallenkirch along the Mountainbike route M3 to Gaschurn.

From the parking lot at the valley station of Versettla cableway in Gaschurn you follow the bike route up the valley until you reach the end of the Partenen valley. There you pass the toll station of the Silvretta-high alpine road. At the second bend you turn left into Ganifer valley. Via the forest road you´ll reach Lake Kopssee up on 1.800 meters. There keep left again and reach the Verbellaalp up on 1.938 meters. The Verbellaalp is farmed and is a nice place to have a hearty snack. After the last ascent to Alp Gibau via a short but steep carrying passage you´ll reach Valschaviel valley. Along the road you´ll come back into the center of Gaschurn and the valley station of Versettla cableway, the starting point.

Saarbrückner hut tour

Start in St. Gallenkirch along the Mountainbike route M3 to Gaschurn.

The tour starts at the valley station of Versettla cableway in Gaschurn and leads you up in the valley past Rifabecken to the end of the Partenen valley. Ascent via the Silvretta-high alpine road. Especially the upper part is recommendable for experienced mountain bikers. Ascents up to 20% on course gravel are challenging. You need good condition, balance and technique. Afterwards you´ll enjoy an incomparable panorama to the massif of Silvretta. On the highest farmed hut, the Saarbrückner hut, it´s time for a hearty snack and rest. Descent via the same route back to Partenen valley and finally Gaschurn.

Vergaldaalp tour

From St. Gallenkirch you cycle up to “Schmugglerdorf“ (smugglers village) Gargellen valley. The highest located mountain village of Montafon, 1.423 meters sea-height, presents itself originally and near-natural. Enjoy the unique mountain landscape in pleasent peace. Near to Switzerland’s border the impressive Madrisa dominates the alpine end of the valley - a place, which satisfies every yearning for panorama. The tour leads you via asphalt to Gargellen, this stretch is also popular by racing cyclists. Because of the continuous ascent of approx. 10% - without considerable flat parts – this tour is quite challenging. After reaching Gargellen the tour leads through the idyllic Vergalda valley to Vergaldalp, where you have the possibility to do a rest and enjoy domestic delights.

Glacier tour

Start in St. Gallenkirch along the Mountainbike route M3 to Gaschurn.

The tour starts at the valley station of Versettla cableway in Gaschurn and leads past the Rifabecken to Partenen. There you follow the Silvretta-high alpine road via 32 bends to Lake Silvrettasee up on 2.000 meters. Via the dam wall and along the Lake shore you´ll reach the entrance of Ochsen valley. Here starts the graveled ascent via the Ochsen valley to Wiesbadner hut, lying at the foot of mount Piz Buin (3.312 meters). The highlight of this tour is the impressive view on the Ochsen valley glacier, in close proximity to the hut.

Alp Nova tour

From St. Gallenkirch the tour leads you via a moderate ascent to Garfrescha, a popular Maisäss settlement (special type of alps) settlement. Next to worth seeing Maisäss - houses there you´ll find the first rest point like Restaurant Brunellawirt or Alpenhotel Garfrescha. Afterwards it goes on into the idyllic Novatal valley with its lush mountain meadows. On wonderful truncated terrain you´ll reach Alp Nova up on 1.730 meters. The Alp is famous for its tasty milk products. Don´t miss to try the famous Montafoner Sura Kees (cheese), a local specialty.

Silvretta 3-Lakes tour

Start in St. Gallenkirch along the Mountainbike route M3 to Gaschurn.

From Gaschurn the road leads you up to Partenen. After the toll station follow the asphalt road through wild and romantic Ganifer valley (car free) to Lake Kopssee. Some parts here are steep. Lake Kopssee with its curved dam wall demonstrates an impressive connection between nature and technique. At Zeinisjoch you cross the national border, a rapid descent on the left side along Zeinisbach creek to Paznaun valley in neighboring Tyrol starts. From Wirl/ Galtür the tour leads you along the Silvretta-high alpine road to Lake Silvrettasee up on more than 2.000 meters. Afterwards you pass Lake Vermuntsee before you descent via the curvy toll road back to Partenen

Kapellalp tour

Start in St. Gallenkirch along the Mountainbike route M3 to Schruns.

Ascent with the Hochjochbahn cable car incl. bike (extra charge payment on spot) to mountain station Kapell. Here you have the possibility to bike in high alpine terrain along the Seeweg trail through the ski tunnel back to Lake Kapellsee. Bike back again to the mountain station and enjoy an extensive break at Restaurant Kapell.

Afterwards the tour leads you further in high alpine terrain descent past the middle station Kropfen to the valley station of Hochjochbahn cable car, your starting point.
